For many years there has been a need for
a book like this. Drivers Education in schools provides a
basic introduction to driving skills as do private driving
lessons. But they cannot substitute for the personal interest
that parents show when teaching their own child .
This book is a step-by-step guide for parents
who are willing to spend the time with their teenager to teach
him (her) the rules of driving by using logs, checklists and
“tricks of the trade.”
Teaching teenagers to drive will take many
hours and a lot of effort, but it will be time and energy
well spent. In fact, if the suggestions in this book are followed
carefully, many young lives will be saved .
